Do Fuel Savers Work

Do Fuel Savers Work? Much has been talked about and said about the efficiency of the fuel savers. Today, there are a growing number of fuel saver scams taking place in the market. They don’t really work but it does not lower the moral of the scammers from coming up with various bad items that are marketed and try to convince the customers somehow.

Most of the fuel savers are incredibly expensive and they harm the engine in some way or the other. Some of the companies market pills and claim that they reduce the emission and save furl if popped in the fuel pipe. These are available under different names and should be totally avoided.

However, ones love affair with his car is no longer a cheap date nowadays considering the sky high prices of fuel and gas. Plenty of companies claim that if someone buys their products, he could save on gas. The fuel savers range in$20 to $60. The companies say that they are very fast and easy to install.

The fuel consumption and the fuel efficiency given by the car depend on a number of reasons. It is very important that one drives a car smoothly and should make his driving jerk free as maximum as possible. The engine must not be accelerated at short periods of time. With growth of the speed of the car, the fuel consumption also increases which results in a lesser fuel efficiency.

The more quickly acceleration of the vehicle is, the more energy it requires. This results in higher burning of fuel in the fuel tank. When a constant speed of the vehicle is maintained, lesser fuel is consumed. But the force of the air resistance is directly proportional to a square of the speed. The volume of the gasoline thus grows at a noticeable rate.

The highest transfer must be chosen by the driver on which it is possible to drive on a particular part of the road. However, at slopes it is better if below transfer is chosen. When driving through the city roads, one must avoid accelerating on sharp turns and apply brakes only when necessary. Regular braking also results in more fuel consumption.

A route where the minimum traffic is present must be preferred to drive.  It is not very necessary to warm the engine in the morning before leaving to work as the oils present in the engine allow beginning movement as soon as the engine gets started.

The pressure in the tires of the vehicle must be checked time to time, as lower tire pressure deteriorates the tires and results in more fuel consumption. In general, one must try not to carry heavy things on the roof as it increases the aerodynamic resistance. The overall weight of the car directly influences the expenditure of fuel.

Thus, the fuel savers are not a useful techniques and it is always better if you avoid them in every way possible. The companies and the manufacturers try to attract the customers with their schemes and fake attractions. It is always better if one maintain his car in his own ways without the use of fuel savers as they are only an eye wash.

Does The Tornado Fuel Saver Work

The tornado fuel savers are one of the most popular fuel saving techniques and it has been there for quite some years now. The company claims that it is fast and easy to install and can increase up to 24 percent of the gas mileage. The companies also claim that it could save the customer up to $60 a month at the gas pump. So, Does The Tornado Fuel Saver Work?

Some of the companies claim that they have a proof that the tornado fuel saver work, but the experts say that these tests and products don’t mean anything and that they are an eye wash. The companies are very confident that the tornado fuel savers sell hugely in the market.

The tornado fuel saver is usually installed on the upper side of the mass airflow sensor and the spinning blades inside the fuel tank so as to make the inlet air whirl between the air cleaner and the intake manifold.

The vortex mixes the fuel thoroughly with the air present inside the fuel tank, resulting in burning the fuel completely inside the combustion chamber. But there is a lot of intake tract downstream from these devices which are designed to smooth the airflow.  The engine produces turbulence which when coupled with the restricted airflow reduces the amount of air that is sucked into the manifold. And less air means less power.

The above theory particularly means that there would be less amount of gas that would have to be used to achieve the same speed and power resulting in more fuel efficiency. Over the years, this product has been reviewed by many companies and magazines and they all have concluded that this device would not work.

The theory of swirling the air/fuel mixture in the combustion chamber is not a new concept. In fact many new vehicles are able to attain this with modern intake valves that open at a slight difference in time to each other. The better atomization of fuel leads in better performance and efficiency for each unit of air and fuel that is taken into the combustion chamber and the motor.

However, the tornado fuel saver does not work for newer and modern cars. The reason being that when the tornado is placed between the airflow sensors, all the air that is made to swirl becomes turbulent after passing through the sensor. This way, the tornado does not prove to be of any help for the Mass Air Flow system (MAF) of the car.

A modern vehicle does not have any use or benefit of the Tornado Fuel Saver. The fuel injectors on the vehicles are such designed to atomize the fuel in an efficient manner. The mileage gains that people want out of their vehicle are likely to be from good driving habits. When the tornado fuel saver is installed in the car, there is a slight increase in the mileage for the first few weeks and after that, everything gets back to the normal driving habits and the older mileage of the vehicle.

Diesel Fuel Savers

Now days, many diesel fuel saving products have been seen around in the market. The manufacturers that produce diesel engine type fuel savers have only been growing rapidly. With the rise in the prices of fuel, there has been a constant demand for the fuel saving devices from much type of customers that uses different engine type motor vehicles.

Some of the fuel savers available in the market supports the engine that run on gasoline and diesel. The manufacturers try to make available an effective, developed and manufactured solution to the problem of rising prices of gasoline and diesel. They also try to minimize the vehicle pollution.

The gasoline and diesel fuel saver manufacturers claim that their fuel saving devices are 100% developed, non-harmful, organic, environment friendly, biodegradable, and non toxic. These devices are user friendly and safe to handle. They are very much normal and safe for the catalytic converters.

It is always better to check if the fuel saving device that the company manufactures and markets is registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or not. They should reduce the maintenance and the repair cost of the vehicle and should increase the engine power to some extent. The fuel consumption must be reduced by a factor of 10-15%.

The diesel fuel savers are designed to increase the power of the vehicle, improve the overall performance of the car, allow the engine to burn and utilize more fuel, and help the vehicle in a cleaner run and last longer with less maintenance. These devices are normally fuel additives and fuel conditioners derived from enzymes and plant extracts. They contain natural fatty acids which increase the efficiency of atomization on a molecular level.

Some of the companies claim that their products are environment friendly and contribute in shaping a healthy environment. But, one must always check if the product and the manufacturing company are genuine. It is always better for the customer to check if the product is registered with some environment protection and cleanliness agency. Some of the companies do an eye wash and just try to make a buck out of their products. They don’t care about the environment and the fuel efficiency of the motor vehicle.

The diesel fuel savers increase the burning of the fuel for more complete combustion of the air and the fuel present inside the fuel tank. The increased rate of oxidation has enhanced power in every piston stroke and the harmful exhaust gases are eliminated by changing them in water vapors to some extent. The fatty acids clean the tar engine and the piston parts and rings of the fuel tank get lubricated.

The Diesel Fuel Savers are organic, disolvable and non toxic. The improve fuel mileage and the power of the vehicle. These fuel savers also reduce the seepage of Carbon polluted components into the rings by reducing the carbon content. Additionally, one gets a better mileage and enhanced power performance of the vehicle.

However, one needs to find out the best product that is capable of saving gas and helps increase the fuel efficiency.

The fuel saving products is responsible of producing some hydrogen which enhances the activity of the fuel combustion and the fuel consumption of the engine. There are many types of devices that could be referred to as the best fuel saving device. But one must research, analyze and work on details of the devices that are available in the market before choosing a fuel saving product to install in the engine.

A great way to save fuel is installing a Hydrogen generator in the car. It is installed in the hood of the car and is very easy to remove which takes just a few minutes. A user manual comes handy with the products that guide the user step by step about installing the device in the car. One must also have at least a little knowledge about the mechanism and the background of the working of the product.

One important thing is that the fuel saving device which the user thinks is the best should not be a clone of a well known company. During the purchase of the fuel saving product, one must be sure that he gets a full user guide manual with the product. It is normally of much help.

The combustion process that takes place in the fuel tank is normally imperfect. According to the experts, the combustion process utilizes only about 25% of the fuel which is put into the vehicle and the rest of the 75% fuel is wasted and lost in the open environment. So, it becomes very important and necessary to find some way of saving fuel that could save money and increases the performance of the engine.
